Our story
SamparkBuild began in Lucknow in 2016 with a single 40-plot layout and a rule we still follow today: never sell a plot before its title is clear and its roads are laid. What started as one development has grown into 18 layouts across seven cities in North India — but the rule hasn't changed.
Along the way, we built the Sampark Sathi network — a structured team of agents who represent us on the ground, trained to walk buyers through every document before they sign anything.
